Creating a great survey is like designing a great user experience — they are a waste of time and money if the audience, is not at the focus of your process. It’s also easy to create a survey that lies to you, or skews your data with bias. Designing for your user helps you gather more useful and reliable information.
Resources on Behavioral Economics
I joined Action Design after hearing about behavioral economics. I saw that what it studies would be relevant to my design work and I wanted to learn more. I’ve been helping organize the Boston chapter for the past four years now.
