World Usability Day is a global event that takes place for one day each year. Its purpose is to bring together professionals, educators, citizens, government groups, and industrialists with a common goal of improving the accessibility and usability of products and services that are essential to our daily lives.

It is a day of celebration and education, marking the progress we have made in creating more user-friendly products while also raising awareness about the impact of usability on our daily lives. The ultimate objective is to make our world work better by empowering the ordinary citizen and spreading the message that poor product design and human error are avoidable.

No one should have to endure products or services that hinder them, and technology should not make people feel unintelligent.
